Any ASHRAE member who is under the age of 35 is automatically a YEA member.  Although membership is automatic for ASHRAE members it is essential to participate in the ASHRAE and YEA events if one hopes to gain the most out of the organization.  If you are not an ASHRAE member then it is required that you join ASHRAE in order to become a YEA member.  Once you are an ASHRAE member YEA membership is free.  Most companies understand the importance of ASHRAE and will offer reimbursement/compensation for joining.  If you would like to see what YEA is all about before committing, we encourage you to come to one of the many events that will be posted on the YEA section of the ASHRAE Toronto webpage and on our Facebook group (www.facebook.com – YEA Toronto Group).
