This has been a tough year for everyone, personally and professionally. As a community, we have demonstrated leadership to adapt to this change in careers and relationships.
Building on this theme, ASHRAE Toronto presents a Leadership Workshop for professionals in the industry. This Christmas, give yourself the gift of personal development. Our Leadership Workshop will prepare you for 2021 and beyond!

Ralph Kison is President of Kison Inc., Professional Development Specialists and Growth Through Learning Inc., an e-learning firm. He works with individuals, organizations and professional associations across North America in business-to-business and professional services environments.
Ralph facilitates partnering and lessons learned sessions for project teams in addition to providing services focusing on employee and organizational development in the areas of leadership coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
Ralph’s career includes over 29 years working with engineering, architectural, environmental services, geotechnical, construction, building products, distribution and insurance firms.
