To Woodbine Racetrack on Monday, December 07, 2009 For an Evening of Dining and Races

The Post Parade Dining Room located on the 4th floor. Once in the Post Parade Dining Please proceed to the registration table with registrations starting at 5:30 PM. The Dinner buffet is served from 6:30 PM. to the 5th race Post Time is 7:30 PM.

Parking in lot A and entering through the West Entrance is your best bet (Once inside, customer service representatives will be on hand to greet you and help direct you to your room)

Once inside the Post Parade Room, you will be registered and then taken to the back Of the Post Parade. Once the meeting is finished you will then proceed to the front of the room for dinner and races. Races will run approximately every 20 – 25 minutes, and they last about 1.5 minutes.

A customer service representative will be around to each table to explain how to bet and how to read your program. The racing program will be at each person’s place setting prior to arrival. The tables that are assigned to your group, will be yours for the entire duration of live racing, which generally wraps up around 11:00 PM. Should anyone wish to go to the slots on the main level, they may do so, and return to the dining room.

We ask that you pre-register by going to TorontoASHRAE.com, select “Meetings and Events” from the left tab and the “Register” button for the December Meeting.

Remember to sign in first to access the discounted rate for Toronto Chapter members. Guests can be registered on the website separately from Member registration.
