EVENT SUMMARY

ASHRAE Toronto Chapter invites you to a guided tour and technical presentation at T3 Bayside, a modern mass timber office building on Toronto’s waterfront. The session will focus on the building’s on-floor mechanical systems, including VAV multizone configurations with a 3-in-2 deck delivery method, and explore key Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) strategies such as filtration, temperature zoning, humidity control, and biophilic design.

This is a great opportunity to learn about HVAC integration in timber structures and experience firsthand how mechanical systems contribute to occupant comfort and building performance.

TOUR REGISTRATION

If you are interested in attending the tour for T3 Bayside please register at the link below. It is for ASHRAE Members only and is available on a first come, first served basis.
