EVENT SUMMARY

ASHRAE Toronto Chapter invites you to a guided tour and technical presentation at T3 Bayside, a modern mass timber office building on Toronto’s waterfront. The session will focus on the building’s on-floor mechanical systems, including VAV multizone configurations with a 3-in-2 deck delivery method, and explore key Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) strategies such as filtration, temperature zoning, humidity control, and biophilic design.

This is a great opportunity to learn about HVAC integration in timber structures and experience firsthand how mechanical systems contribute to occupant comfort and building performance.

There will be two tour sessions. One at 3:30PM & 4:00PM. Please note that the tours will begin PROMPTLY at those times. If you are late for the first tour, you will not be able to join the second tour.
