Panel Discussion Agenda

Join the ASHRAE Toronto Chapter on December 5th, 2023, for the first-ever panel discussion on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in Engineering. This 45 minute session offers a platform for engineering professionals from diverse backgrounds, including various cultures and languages, to share insights & experiences. The focus will be on understanding the strengths that diversity brings to our community, addressing the challenges faced by new members and those navigating an industry traditionally lacking in diversity. This event is an opportunity to promote inclusivity, celebrate different perspectives, and explore how these diverse voices contribute to the growth and dynamism of our professional environment.
