SENECA COLLEGE CENTRE FOR INNOVATION, TECHNOLOGY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The Seneca College Centre for Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship is a five-storey, 274,000 square foot addition on the post-secondary institution’s Newnham Campus. This $85-million project features spaces which accommodate both student and business-led activities, including a large atrium for events, specialized lab spaces, classrooms, and a variety of collaboration spaces. Prioritizing flexibility and energy efficiency, the building was designed to achieve LEED Gold and includes such features as decoupled HVAC systems, ultra high efficiency condensing water boilers, and magnetic bearing chillers.




Both tours are identical, please register for only one tour. 

No Walk-In Registrations will be Permitted
